Perfectionism
If you struggle with perfectionism, you know how overwhelming and exhausting it can be. The constant pressure to achieve and not make mistakes can leave you feeling anxious, stressed, and burnt out. But, there is hope, and perfectionism doesn’t have to control your life. With support and guidance, you can break free from the cycle of perfectionism and lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My Approach
In our sessions, we will work on identifying the beliefs and behaviors that are contributing to your perfectionism. Perfectionism often stems from a fear of failure or a need for control, and we will work on developing strategies to challenge and replace these beliefs with more balanced and realistic beliefs.
We will also work on developing self-compassion and self-acceptance. Learning to accept yourself and your imperfections is a crucial step in overcoming perfectionism, and together we will learn tools to do so.
